Clean Corner provides each household with one Trash Container.
Trash Container must be outside of your door, with up to two tied bags, no earlier than 7:00pm, and placed back inside by 9:00pm. (Only one bag permitted to be on top of closed container).
Place up to two broken down boxes beside trash container, for removal. Boxes must be broken down to be collected.
For recycling please use clear plastic bags, and place them on top of your trash.
Collection starts at 7:00pm and all trash containers should be placed next to doorway.

Each Tenant is allowed one additional bag that must be placed on top of the closed Trash Container.
No loose Trash will be collected.
No Bags over 20lbs.
No Broken glass, sharp objects, or hazardous items/liquids will be collected.
